Felicity Ferguson

Felicity qualified in 2012 and is an experienced Magistrate’s Court and Police station defence solicitor. She has a wealth of experience defending clients across the South East and South West of the country for a comprehensive range of offences including; murder, drug supply, sexual offences, assaults (including domestic violence), and crimes of fraud and theft. She also regularly represents clients appearing in the Youth Court and is experienced in representing clients with diagnosed and suspected mental health disorders who find themselves accused of a criminal offence.

Her excellent knowledge and meticulous approach to preparing a case, together with her compassionate demeanour, means Felicity generates much of her work through client recommendations.

Felicity is an accredited duty solicitor and police station representative.
