Luis joined our team in August 2023 having re-located from Cardiff, South-Wales.

Luis trained to be a solicitor through a reputable Cardiff firm who specialise in all areas of criminal defence. He qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and quickly completed his duty solicitor accreditation thereafter.

Before earning his training contract, he firstly undertook the police station qualification (APSR) and has been representing clients in the police station since 2015.

Luis has obtained his Higher Rights of Audience and regularly appears in Crown Courts all over the country. He has successfully defended clients on a wide variety of offences including serious violence, fraud, historic sexual offences and drugs conspiracies.

Luis is able to represent you in all stages of proceedings and is still regularly appearing in the police stations and magistrates’ courts of the Berkshire area. Luis is also a prison lawyer. He is able to assist those serving custodial sentences with adjudications, re-categorisations and parole board hearings.
