Mason is a criminal defence solicitor with a broad range of experience across the criminal justice system. Mason has acted in the most serious and complex cases, including allegations of murder, terrorism, grievous bodily harm (GBH), and serious sexual offences. Mason also has significant experience representing clients in road traffic offence trials in the Magistrates’ Court, with a strong record of successful outcomes.
As a trial advocate, Mason is known for thorough case preparation and clear, measured advocacy. Mason deals regularly with sensitive matters and takes a calm, practical approach to supporting clients through challenging situations.
Mason provides representation from the earliest stage of proceedings, including at the police station, where he has advised clients facing serious allegations.
Mason has a Master’s in Law which he obtained at the University of Law. Mason is also an accredited duty solicitor for the Magistrates’ Court and Police Station and represents individuals throughout the criminal process, from first appearance to trial.
