Tim is head of the firm’s Swindon office and has worked in criminal defence since 2010. Tim represents clients at the Police Station and Magistrates’ Court and litigates cases in the Crown Court. Tim has defended clients accused of the most serious offences including; murder, serious assaults, sexual offences, importation of drugs and high value fraud. Tim is an accredited duty solicitor.
Much of Tim’s work is referred through client recommendations. Tim’s compassionate approach towards his clients, coupled with his attention to detail, make him ideally suited to dealing with private motoring offences. No matter the level of offence, or their personal circumstances, Tim will always represent his clients with an understanding that the proceedings can be life changing for the person accused.

Rob has worked in criminal practice in the Thames Valley for over 15 years. As a Higher Court Advocate, Rob regularly has conduct of complex trials in both the Crown Court and the Magistrates’ Court. He has also successfully had Crown Court rulings overturned in the Court of Appeal, the highest Court within the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
Rob is a Criminal law specialist and his practice areas include motoring, fraud, sexual offences and offences of violence against the person. Rob regularly defends victims of modern slavery, forced criminality and human trafficking and has a wealth of experience in dealing with clients who have complex additional needs and mental health conditions. Rob also regularly assists young people and has many years of experience in the Youth Court.

Alan has been working in Criminal Defence since training with a London Firm of Solicitors in 2004. Alan has considerable experience defending and advising clients at the police station, Magistrates’ Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal.
Alan has successfully represented clients accused of murder, serious sexual offences, firearms, complex fraud and large multi-handed drug conspiracies. Alan has particular expertise in cases that require detailed scrutiny of scientific evidence and communication data that the Prosecution rely on when prosecuting Organised Crime Groups (OCGs).
Alan has also successfully represented clients accused of insider trading by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and HMRC prosecutions for multi-million pound tax evasion for cigarette importation.
Alan founded Walker Law Ltd in 2017 having previously run a Crown Court team for what was at that time the largest criminal defence firm in the country.

Natasha is a paralegal at the firm. She joined Walker Law Ltd having previously worked in the criminal justice system at the Magistrates Court and Crown Prosecution Service. Natasha has also gained experience with another local firm. With years of experience Natasha is highly professional and approachable.
Natasha completed her Legal Practice Course at Oxford Brookes University and has ambitions to qualify as a Criminal Defence Solicitor. As a paralegal at Walker Law, Natasha is responsible for assisting in the preparation and progression of cases in both the Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court. Natasha is often busy liaising with the Prosecution and the Court to ensure that matters are dealt with expediently. Natasha will assist clients to fully understand the process at each step throughout their proceedings.
